  I recommend this funeral home.. they was very polite and did excellent work on my father.. they have always helped us when we called...my father had cancer when he passed so he lost alot of weight when I saw him for the first time after he passed he looked like he was 40 years old and very handsome I also like the way they remember who you are even from 15 years ago they remember my father, my grandparents and my best Friend....

  Some of the rudest and unprofessIonal people I have ever met! When my nephew brought coffee out of the break room, instead of being cordial they asked him, "Can't you read that sign?" Save yourself a lot of aggravation and go somewhere else.

  Mr. Randy, a gentleman who is a representative of Serenity, upon seeing my original post discussing my family's unhappiness, reached out to my mother. Mr. Randy was very kind, understanding and apologetic about how the staff mishandled the arrangement of my father. We were given a sincere apology as well as an amending of the situation. Recommend.

  My Mama was treated with dignity and honor, everything was handled to our wishes. We are so proud
  that we have such a top notch funeral home that is still down home good folks and treated us like family.
